Rick Hansen, Man in Motion

We were honoured to host Rick Hansen, the Man in Motion, and his associates from the Rick Hansen Foundation at our hotel this past weekend.  Rick was in Prince Rupert to speak at the Prince Rupert Foundation dinner.  This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the Man in Motion World Tour.

60th Annual Marine Bonspiel

A warm welcome to all participants and spectators of the 60th annual Marine Bonspiel to be held in Prince Rupert March 4th to 6th.


The National Aboriginal Business Opportunities Conference Series will take place at the Northcoast Convention Centre in Prince Rupert April 12th to 14th 2011 with delegates from over 100 Aboriginal communities.  We are pleased to offer special conference rates for this event.  Please see our specials page for details.

All Native Basketball Tournament

The 52nd Annual All Native Basketball Tournament begins February 6th in Prince Rupert. We welcome all teams and fans and wish 'best of luck' to the participants.

Whale Watching

September is the best month for whale watching in North Coast waters! Prince Rupert Adventure Tours offers 4-hour marine adventure tours through September until October 3rd. Encounter humpback, orca, grey and minke whales feeding and playing in the sheltered waters of the Northern Inside Passage.
